When Apple redesigned its 12.9-inch iPad Pro earlier this year, they unveiled a brand new LED display. It’s an interesting choice because it’s used by Apple YOU ARE for his iPhones, but perhaps a large OLED display would have made it more expensive. However, we have heard of bloodshed Apple could develop such a board, but now it appears that those plans may have been put in place.
According to a Korean publication The Elec, reported that Apple is working with Samsung to develop the 10.68-inch OLED iPad. Since Samsung is one of the most integrated OLED panels in the world right now, it’s no surprise that Apple might turn to them for help.
Both companies have also worked together in the past and they are still doing it in one direction, so it’s not exhaustive in question. However, the report says that due to a number of issues, the company has all canceled. The reasons behind the cancellation are unclear, as it has been suggested that it may be due to technical problems, profits, or both.
Nothing has been confirmed but it is therefore difficult to tell how true this report is to begin with. Plus, assuming it’s true, we suspect that means Apple has canceled all of their plans. They may try to find a different service or revisit discussions with Samsung in the future.
