The FAA has officially cleared the Virgin GalacticTwo spacecraft for flight

The Federal Aviation Administration said it was pleased with the measures taken by Virgin Galactic after a small logistical incident during the flight of billionaire Richard Branson to the edge of space on July 11, according to a recent press release from the company.

During the flight, SpaceShipOne deviated from its mandatory airspace, which is designed to protect local people and industry from potential disaster if the worst happens. That didn’t happen, but the FAA is pleased with Virgin Galactic’s adjustments, which means the third space baron is back on the flight list.

It’s breaking news that Virgin Galactic’s SpaceShipOne is receiving permission to resume flights from the FAA, so be sure to contact us for more updates.
