LG Reports Developing 12.9-inch OLED Panels For iPad Pro

With the redesign of the iPad Pro earlier this year, Apple introduced the small LED LED in its iPad line. However, there is a chance that the mini LED could be a stop-access feature and Apple’s real idea is to eventually change it up in YOU ARE. Here is a report from Elec saying that the OLED iPad could be launched in the next 2-3 years.

According to the report, LG is suspected to have started developing OLED panels for the 12.9-inch iPad Pro, and these panels are likely to arrive in either 2023 or 2024 models. That means for the next 1-2 years, the iPad Pro can continue to use smaller LED displays.

This isn’t the first time we’ve heard about Apple’s interest in OLED panels for the iPad series. Recently, there was a report that Apple appeared cancel plans for the OLED iPad Air in 2022 they are developing with Samsung. It was thought that there were accidents as well as financial disputes that caused the partnership to break down.

That said, 2023/2024 is still quite a long time away we think things can still change from now until now, so take it with the salt shaker for now .
