You used to spend tens of thousands of dollars to get an excellent expected experience, but now you can get a huge and beautiful picture for less than the cost Flagship TV. Projectors are also more portable and easier to set up than they used to be. And if you have the space, there are excellent pocket-sized and short-projected models that make park-side movie nights as easy as finding an extension cord and a flat chair to secure them to.
