Maybe we all know that spending a lot of time on social media is not good for our mental health, but because these social media companies are so good with their algorithms we continue to engage, it can be hard to try to pull away. However, that’s what Instagram hopes to change.

According to Mosseri, this time can be set individually so that users can decide how long they want to use it before charging.
