I say you can still program it on your own computer, if that’s what you want. There are some good guides with Qiskit. I think you can test up to 12 Qubits on your own machine. You can also submit work (your program with comparisons) to a real computer for free. Just go to the IMBQ website, there’s a lot going on there.
